Our modern spacious apartment includes both super fast 500Mb fibre optic WiFi and air conditioning. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all of which are air conditioned and provide cool air in the summer and heating in the winter. It also includes 2 bathrooms one is a full size en-suite and the second is a family bathroom. The apartment sleeps six people.
The spacious lounge includes a large flat screen TV with UK satellite channels, an XBox 360, Nintendo Wii and DVD player. A large high quality bluetooth speaker is also included in the lounge.
The master bedroom is a large double room with plenty of wardrobe space and a large chest of drawers. It is air conditioned plus includes a large ceiling fan and floor standing fan. The master bedroom has a good size en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Also included is a large flat screen TV with UK satellite channels.
There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Both twin rooms are air conditioned. One has a ceiling fan and the other has a floor standing fan. Bothe bedrooms include a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is full stocked with all the crockery, pots and pans and kitchen utensils you will ever need. It also has a full size fridge freezer, microwave, oven and electric hob. Also in the kitchen are a sandwich toaster, a toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and coffee percolator. The kitchen sink also includes a filtered drinking water tap so no need to carry heavy water bottles back from the supermarket.In the utility room there is also a washing machine and ironing board.
